An Evening for Lebanon

Food, music, and the company of those who carry their country in their hearts.

The Cause

Buzuruna Juzuruna

Proceeds support Buzuruna Juzuruna — a Lebanese collective restoring ancestral seeds, reviving traditional farming, and, since the war, feeding displaced families through eight community kitchens across the country. They tend to the soil, and to those who depend on it.

Because roots matter, wherever you plant yourself.

The Food

Chef Mehyo Jawhary

Partner at Aleb in Beirut, now based in Canada, Mehyo's cooking is rooted in memory, hospitality, and the flavors of home. Celebrating culture through thoughtful dishes, bold tastes, and the kind of generosity that gathers people around food.

The Music

Ayham Abou Ammar

With a sound shaped by heritage, emotion, and storytelling, Ayham Abou Ammar creates music that feels both intimate and expansive. Through voice and oud, he carries memory, joy, and the kind of warmth that brings people closer.
